I currently have an contract opportunity for a person skilled in the support of Oracle/Unix based applications, to work with my local government client in the South Yorkshire area. This is for a duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension.

The skills and experience neccessary are as follows:

* Track record of supporting Oracle 9i and 10g

* Experience in the support of Solaris-based systems, versions 8 to 10.

* Any experience of supporting public sector applications would be highly desirable.
